Marking the US holiday in style, the award-winning team will pull out all the stops to stir good old national spirit – from an exclusive Independence Day menu full of guilty pleasures curated by Executive Chef Juan Pablo Rey Nores to a DJ soundtrack sure to get the party started.
Taking a super-sized approach to this fun-filled feast, the Independence Day brunch menu will give Dubai residents the chance to sample some of North America’s most craved flavours. Highlights include Oysters on arrival and a Canada-style Beef Poutine of fries piled with pulled short rib, beef gravy and cheese. Not to mention Weslodge’s much-loved melt in your mouth, crunch-tastic Southern Fried Chicken.
Don’t forget to sample some of the most talked steaks in town – including Grass Fed Angus Rib Eye straight from Weslodge’s famous hardwood & charcoal grill (the biggest in Dubai). For dessert, Weslodge’s motto is go big or go home, so the team have created a platter of sugar-filled dreams… there’s double down stacked Canadian pancakes drenched in salted maple syrup, sharp and sweet lemon meringue tarts as well as fluffy baked cheesecake.
Created by Weslodge’s brilliant bar team, guests can toast to independence with two perfectly stirred cocktails or choose from a selection of red, white and sparkling wines and spirits. Up for an after party? Hit the dance floor with Toronto native DJTJ known for his work with Drake who brings the energy with his eclectic collection of genres.
Available on Friday 2nd July 2021 from 1:30pm until 4:30pm, the Independence Day menu is priced at AED 295 including soft drinks, AED 395 house beverages and AED 450 house beverages and bubbly (prosecco).
