Bring together signature Canadian dishes and international flavours with expertly curated cocktails, Weslodge Saloon’s Canada Day menu is designed-to-be-shared with a friend or loved one. The four-course gastronomic celebration includes dishes such as the Weslodge Chop with avocado, goat’s cheese and dill; fresh Oysters, Classic Poutine and Southern Fried Chicken just like mumma used to make. Meat-lovers will snap up the Canadian-rubbed Ribeye cooked on their famous hardwood & charcoal grill while fish fans can tuck into a whole sea bass. Meat free options include a truffle-infused risotto and the best Mac ‘n Cheese this side of the Atlantic. For dessert there’s only one choice for any self-respecting Canadian… S’mores – just expect the innovative kitchen team to put their own spin on the campfire classic.
Diners can wash down all those native flavours with a duo of cocktails created for the occasion: add some heat with a Spicy Caesar or savour one of Canada’s finest exports in a Maple Old-Fashioned. Guests can also choose from a selection of house wines and spirits.
