Taking place on 6th July, Weslodge Saloon will raise a wing to National Fried Chicken Day by taking one of their most famous dishes, the mighty Southern Fried Chicken, and multiplying it into four outrageously finger-licking flavours. From the deep South classic version to a Nashville-style twist, each guest will sink their beaks into a limited edition platter showcasing four US-themed takes on good ol’ fashioned fried chicken.
Chicken fans will flock to try this four-strong selection of deep-fried poultry – flavours include the classic Southern with crunchy golden crust; the hot and spicy Nashville; a Caribbean-inspired version marinated in jerk seasoning and piquant Buffalo rich with tangy Buffalo dressing.
