A perfect place to soak in the festive atmosphere with loved ones, KAYTO will be showcasing its Nikkei cuisine curated by Chef Cristian Goya for a minimum spend of AED 1,200 per person. Flavours of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine collide in exotic dishes such as Classic Sea Bass Ceviche, Saikyo Miso Black Cod, and mouthwatering 36-hour Cooked Lamb Shoulder served alongside Truffle Potato and Mushroom Escabeche.
Complete with a secluded outdoor seating area and separate shisha lounge, the effortlessly cool venue with its distinctive blush pink interior design palette will be the place to be once the clock strikes midnight and the skyline comes to life with fireworks.
KAYTO pop-up by Chef Cristian will be open until May 2020, providing a one-of-a-kind experience of Peruvian-Nikkei cuisine.
