Taking place every Saturday at the iconic Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, the seafood brunch offers guests fresh fish, classic dishes and thirst-quenching drinks in true Italian fashion. As if that wasn’t enough, guests can also enjoy a live saxophonist playing sweet tunes in the background where a vintage Vespa sits, ready to transport guests to the heart of the Amalfi Coast.
Starting from just AED 299, guests can enjoy an impressive Raw Bar and Live Oyster shucking, while Vero’s very own Executive Chef, Chef Andrea Mugavero personally serves Positano classics tableside. Indulge in true Italian flavours from Emotivo to Da Luca, along with a delicious assortment of seafood and traditional Italian dishes. Brunch will begin with an appetizing platter overflowing with lavish seafood of rich Jumbo Shrimp, Mussels, and Octopus, followed by traditional starters such as Burrata and Eggplant Parmigiana.
In true Italian fashion, the dishes continue to arrive. Italian connoisseurs can dine on Wild Mushroom Risotto, Pan Seared Salmon (with sauté beetroot, steamed asparagus, and fennel basil sauce), as well as Lobster Calamarata and classic Margherita pizza also served tableside. To finish, Vero will serve an array of desserts such as Vero’s sweet speciality, Tiramisu, crisp assorted Pastries and a refreshing Fruit Salad.
