The Valentine’s menu begins with a glass of bubbly and offers a selection of flavorful dishes to choose from including Sea Bream, seasoned with a nutty truffle vinaigrette and Tricolore Caprese, a soft and milky burrata served with tomatoes, salsa verde and taggiasca olives. Marea’s signature mouth-watering dishes make it onto the exclusive menu, including the famed Garganelli, an earthy rich truffle quill pasta paired with parmigiano and Gnochetti, a tantalizing Sicilian red prawn in a light tomato sauce garnished with rosemary and chili.
For meat lovers, the traditional Bistecca Wagyu Sirloin is served with pomme puree and drowsed in truffle jus, whilst the Sea Bass is dished up with an indulgent caviar sauce. The meal concludes with an unmissable and sinful chocolate dessert to share with your Valentine.
