[u]bk Elevates Pub Grub To New Heights

The much loved Urban Bar and Kitchen unveils a new menu this season featuring specially curated dishes that bring a fresh twist to ‘bar food’, promising guests an appetising culinary journey.

From appetiser, main course and dessert, diners will be spoilt for choice with a menu full of distinct flavours that [u]bk has been known for.

Delight in [u]bk‘s own creative on take the all-time favourite hummus. The Edamame Hummus, featuring the traditional taste of  the Middle Eastern hummus but with an Asian twist. Edamame bean adds great flavour to this plate, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and served with crispy Arabic bread that makes for a perfect appetiser.

[u]bkers can order the tasty Chicken Satay with peanut sauce, served with traditional achar and fries for a light meal, and paired with guests’ favourite bevvies from [u]bk’s Happy Hour Every Hour menu.

Guests can also indulge in a slow-cooked Braised Lamb Shank presented with aromatic vegetables, fine herbs, and mashed potato with gravy.

Speaking of an elevated menu, [u]bk’s premium Wagyu Beef Minced Lasagna will definitly be a crowd favourite. The pie is cooked alongside fresh vegetables, herbs, tomatoes, and layered with a lasagna sheet, baked with cheese, and served with a healthy salad option.

Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the Squid Ink Prawn Risotto and Prawn Tacos. Experience risotto made with Italian short grain Arborio risotto, and flavoured with Squid ink and parmesan, served with grilled jumbo prawn. The Prawn Tacos are shrimpy and delicious, seasoned with cajun, peppers, and cilantro, and placed in a soft tortilla shell with a zesty side of guacamole.
