Sanderson’s has today announced that its third venue is set to open later this month in the Dubai Police Academy grounds, the vibrant home to Ripe Market in the heart of Dubai. This expansion marks another milestone for Sanderson’s, which has garnered a loyal following in Al Seef Village, Abu Dhabi and Sustainable City, Dubai.
The family-favourite brand will be the first to have an all-year-round permanent venue in the leafy parkland, centrally located off of the Umm Suqeim Road in Al Sufouh with abundant free parking. This two-story 120-cover outpost will boast indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, a ‘quieter’ zone on the first floor to cater to Dubai’s burgeoning pool of freelancers. There are also exciting plans to launch a coffee roastery, grilling station and pizza oven before the end of the year.
Spearheaded by F&B entrepreneur Sergio Lopez of The Pangolin Group, Sanderson’s is a forward-thinking café that specialises in sustainable and wholesome dishes for all the family, from breakfast through to dinner and the odd naughty treat in between. With some of the best coffee in town, accompanied by Sanderson’s iconic motivational quotes, complimentary filtered water and an array of delectable dishes, Sanderson’s is set to shake up the neighbourhood’s dining scene.
“We’re delighted to be opening our third venue, in Dubai,” said Sergio Lopez, Founder of The Pangolin Group. “This new outlet embodies our commitment to culinary excellence in a laid-back and welcoming environment. As a father of four young children, I wanted to create an atmosphere that allowed parents to relax and enjoy their meal, knowing that the kids are happy and nourished,” he added.
Expect signature breakfast dishes such as the Brekkie Burger, Acai Bowl, French Toast with Vanilla Cream, Tahini Avo Toast and the Huevos Rancheros. Salads and sandwiches include the classic Cesar, Jackfruit Tacos, Brisket Bun and Poke Bowls. For the ‘main event’ an international feast of options includes the Nasi Goreng, Traditional Fish and Chips, Chorizo Ragu Rigatoni, as well as regular specials popping up monthly.
Sanderson’s is set to open fully at the end of the month and will open from 08:00 to 21:00 Sunday to Friday, and 08:00 to 22:00 on Saturday.
