Using the original Izzo Forni Scugnizzo Napoletano oven sourced from the traditional Italian company known for its authentic electric pizza domes since 1951, the six kinds of pizza are a feast for the senses.
The pizza menu includes Italian classics such as Margherita and Arrabiata, while the Beluga chefs bring in a range of exciting fusion flavours to make even the ordinary, extraordinary.
Unique Beluga twists include the Imperial Salmon Pizza,made with the finest smoked salmon, the Beluga Pizza, made with sour cream, parmesan, eggs, chives and fior di latte, as well as mouth-watering Truffle Pizza and Bresaola &Burrata Pizza.
Pasta lovers will not be disappointed either. Seafood Fettuccine features prime prawns in a white cheesy sauce, truffle linguine with a decadent white sauce and zafferano penne, with a light, saffron and parmesan sauce.
