TOTÓ Vini e Cucina invites food enthusiasts and families to celebrate Easter the Italian way with La Dolce Pasqua da TOTÓ, a special sharing brunch crafted to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience. Set to take place on 20th April from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the event promises a sophisticated journey into Italian tradition, where every dish reflects the artistry and passion of classic Italian cuisine.
Guests will be welcomed into an atmosphere of rustic luxury and modern elegance as they embark on a gastronomic adventure. The brunch begins with artisanal pastry creations such as Torta Verde, a savory tart filled with rice, parmesan, artichoke, and spinach, and Pasqualina, a delicate puff pastry layered with eggs, smoked duck breast, and parmesan. The experience continues with Impepata di Cozze, Neapolitan-style steamed mussels infused with black pepper, chili, and parsley, alongside Panzerottini, mini panzerotti stuffed with Italian broccoli and mozzarella. The beloved Supplì al Telefono, golden-crusted Arborio rice croquettes filled with fresh mozzarella, rounds out the selection of antipasti.
As the meal progresses, diners will enjoy a selection of sharing mains, including Lasagna, a rich layering of beef ragù, tomato sauce, creamy béchamel, and Parmesan cheese, as well as Polpettone in Umido, a flavorful meatloaf filled with mozzarella and veal prosciutto, served with potatoes and carrots.
