Winter is back, and so is The Rooftop at folly.
Famous for its stunning outdoor bar, chilled-out roof garden, discreet corners set aside for private dining moments and night-time entertainment for partygoers, the award-winning Madinat Jumeriah restaurant is preparing to welcome guests back to one of the most breath-taking venues in the city from 31st October.
To celebrate, folly by Nick & Scott is offering guests an extended happy hour every day, all day until late, from 31st October until 2nd November.
This means guests can enjoy unrivalled views of the Madinat’s waterways, the Burj Al Arab and Arabian Gulf while sipping on a delicious selection of beverages from the happy hour menu from just 25 AED each. We’ll cheers to that!
While guests enjoy the views and extended happy hour, the venue’s resident DJs will provide a great selection of tunes from laid-back sunset tracks to uplifting nighttime beats. With an impressive line-up planned for the winter months, Natalie Brogan will take to the decks on Thursday from 7pm until midnight, followed by sets from Conan Liquid every Friday and Saturday – including opening weekend.
New for winter 2019, the team at folly by Nick & Scott have introduced brand new folly pop flavours for those looking to enjoy a signature refreshment in the sunshine. The delicious ice-lolly treats come in a variety of flavours including raspberry, blood orange and blackcurrent. Guests will also be able to enjoy the brand-new folly flake – a fresh soft serve vanilla bean ice cream with a dark chocolate flake. Both items are available exclusively at folly.
“Whether it’s after-work sundowners, post-brunch drinks, a group dinner for a special occasion or simply a place to come to relax and enjoy the views with a spot of lunch, our rooftop area offers something for everyone,” said Scott Price, one half of Nick & Scott. “We’re excited for The Rooftop at folly to officially return for the winter season, offering the perfect combination of setting, entertainment, quality food and of course, value for money.”
