SUSHISAMBA, Signor Sassi, Attiko, L’Amo Bistro Del Mare, and Mott 32 are set to take part in Negroni week from 16^thto 22^nd September with each Sunset Hospitality Group venue boasting a breathtaking setting and inimitable ambience. Negroni lovers can go on their own journey of discovery, taking in the distinct culture of each dining destination.

In celebration of a truly iconic cocktail,each of the restaurant’s mixologists have created a signature negroni that reflects the essence of the venue, available exclusively during Negroni Week. Beyond the limited edition version, guests can savour up to five unique Negronis including the classic version across the restaurants during Negroni Week. Paying homage to the multi-sensory beverage programs, guests are encouraged to learn the cultural essence of each venue and discover innovative flavor combinations with Negronis evoking lasting memories.

SUSHISAMBA

L’Amo Bistro Del Mare

Here guests will enjoy the Florence Negroni that nods to the origins ofthe Negroni that was invented in Florence in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni. An inspiration of the connection between Southern Italy and France, Florence Negroni serves as the bridge between the two worlds in one mesmerizing concoction.

Mott32

Located in Address JBR, Mott32 pays homage to 32 Mott Street in New York, where the city’s first Chinese convenience store opened in 1891.Mott 32 that pioneers a new chapter of Chinese dining in Dubai, presents the Yin Negroni. Offering a unique balance of contrasting elements and flavours, it echoes the yin-yang philosophy in Chinese culture.
