Maison de la Plage, the charming beach house located on West Palm Beach, launches their new Summer Weekend Collection offer with a new selection of curated cocktails. This summer, guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast menu complemented by exquisite drinks, making weekends at Maison de la Plage an unforgettable experience.
For the Saturday Collection, guests will have the choice of three Bellini specials for AED 80 per drink. The options will include a refreshing Pear and Apricot Bellini, perfect for a summer morning, Izu’s Berry Bellini, which adds a fruity twist to the classic Bellini, and the unique Raspberry and Rhubarb Bellini, providing a tangy and sweet experience.
Sunday’s Collection features the Bloody Mary specials for AED 70 per drink. The Mediterranean Bloody Mary offers a twist on the traditional with vodka, spice mix with thyme and olive, tomato, and lemon. The Beetroot Bloody Mary combines Vodka cucumber, beetroot and tomato juice, mix of spices, and lemon for a vibrant and flavorful drink. For those who enjoy a spicy kick, the Cilantro and Jalapeño Bloody Mary features tequila, cilantro jalapeño juice, tomato shrub, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Maison de la Plage’s Summer Weekend Collection offers a serene escape with a touch of elegance, where guests can unwind in the beautifully designed and climate controlled beach-style restaurant. The new Collection cocktails are the perfect complement to the refined breakfast menu inspired by Chef Izu Ani’s French culinary exploration.
The breakfast highlights include Oeufs Benedict (AED 60), featuring an English breakfast muffin topped with veal bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and a decadent Hollandaise sauce. For a classic breakfast staple, guests can enjoy creamy Scrambled Eggs (AED 45) accompanied by a warm toasted baguette. Sweet breakfast treats abound, with Waffles (AED 55) adorned with chocolate sauce and Chantilly cream, and French Toast (AED 75) served with homemade strawberry jam and Chantilly cream.
Guests are welcome every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to savour a breakfast experience that captures the essence of the French Riviera.
