Studio Frantzén Launches The Luncheon At Atlantis, The Palm For The Ultimate Weekend Dining Experience

Studio Frantzén, the modern European bistro led by critically acclaimed chef Björn Frantzén, introduces The Luncheon, a refined weekend dining experience at Atlantis, The Palm. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, The Luncheon offers an innovative blend of French-inspired cuisine infused with Asian flavours. Guests can indulge in a two-course menu with a side for AED 195 and enjoy a curated beverage package featuring wine, cocktails, champagne, and mocktail options for an additional AED 225. For those with a sweet tooth, guests are invited to the candy room, where indulgent à la carte desserts await. The vibrant atmosphere is set by an eclectic playlist, featuring high-energy hits from the Bee Gees alongside timeless classics from The Smiths, ensuring a lively yet relaxed afternoon.

Studio Frantzén’s specially developed weekend lunch menu showcases modern culinary techniques with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally and globally. Guests are first invited to choose two starters, such as roasted cauliflower and truffle with hazelnuts, parmesan, and galangal vinaigrette; seabass ceviche featuring ponzu strawberries and salted turnips; four variations of oysters, and more. While main courses include Angus beef striploin with fermented Kampot pepper cream sauce; lamb rack with grilled cucumber jus, wasabi, and mint raita and salmon tataki with avocado, including cabbage salad, spring onion, and ponzu. Alongside one side, including the deep-fried Hasselback potato with browned butter and cream cheese; butter-braised greens and shallots, and Koshihikari rice with melted butter and chives. To end the experience on a sweet note, guests can indulge in the interactive candy room, adorned with the brand’s colourful bear print, where they can choose from a selection of sweet treats ranging from AED 30 – such as a variety of soft serve ice cream and sorbet; chamomile and ghaf honey cheesecake, to pick-and-mix.

Featuring an atrium adorned with chandeliers, cosy booths, a private dining room, and front-row seats at the open kitchen to watch the culinary mastery in action, The Luncheon at Studio Frantzén is the perfect setting. For those looking to continue the afternoon, guests can head to the bar for a selection of à la carte cocktails and spirits crafted with premium Nordic ingredients, such as rhubarb, sea buckthorn, and blueberries. Meanwhile, wine enthusiasts can explore the extensive cellar, which houses over 1,600 labels from boutique producers and internationally acclaimed wines from 15 countries, including Dubai firsts.
