SMK (Smoked Meat Kitchen) has opened its new branch in Dar Wasl Mall, Al Wasl Road, marking its first mall restaurant.
The new outlet features an extensive menu of smoked meat dishes, created by British Smoke Master, Luke Tully. Known for serving slow-cooked meat, smoked over English oak and topped off with homemade rubs to season the cuts, SMK has also introduced an all-day breakfast to its menu. The dish comprises of sourdough toast, grilled beef bacon, smoked beef sausage, baked beans, eggs and grilled tomato.
SMK’s signature brisket is a firm favourite with fans, with its pickled red chilli topping bringing a fruity heat to the tender brisket and served in a specially baked bun. Alongside, foodies can relish dishes such as smoked beef ribs, Cubano sandwiches, Brisket Texan Chilli and fried chicken wings among others.
Tasty sides including coal-roasted sweet potato served with melted Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream and garlic chilli sauce; brisket balls and seasoned chips feature on the menu. Fresh crispy salads, refreshing beverages and indulgent desserts are also available.
SMK Dar Al Wasl Mall has indoor seating for 50 people, and an outdoor area for al fresco diners. The outlet is open from 12pm to 12am (Saturday to Wednesday) and from 12pm to 1am on Thursdays and Fridays.
