The sumptuous set menu curated by Executive Chef Howard Ko offers a selection of dishes, including appetising bites of Shumai Tortellini en Brodo, a smoked duck dumpling served in a rich broth bursting with rustic flavours of the east and the west. The Bucatini Cacio e Pepe is tossed in seaweed butter and leaves a long-lasting umami taste for all to savour.
