The menu itself is an ode to Chinese cuisine, featuring a wide collection of dishes that are dedicated to showcasing the vast regional flavours of China. To get diners started, the menu features a choice of delightful appetisers that include Crispy Seabass Fillet with Honey and Vinegar or one of Chef Su’s specialities, an authentic Sichuan Spicy Shredded Chicken Salad, which is tipped as a must try on the 3-course menu. Those looking for a vegetarian option may enjoy the Vegetable “Ma Po” Tofu which is colourfully presented in a bamboo shoot. On to the mains. This is where guests will choose between dishes made up of the best produce from both land and sea. Whilst both the Wok-fried Tiger Prawns and Stir-fried Beef Rib Eye with Black Pepper Sauce are sure to be favourites, diners may also opt for the Signature Udon Noodles paired with either chicken, beef, or seafood.
