This season isn’t just about the beats and the jungle vibes. Paraíso is also shaking up its cocktail game with an entirely new menu inspired by the four elements—earth, air, fire, and water.
Some of the new cocktails include —Water: Madeira, a barrel-aged extra añejo tequila Negroni with a surprise twist of Picon Amer, representing the rivers that weave through the rainforest and connect different worlds; Wind: Vent Verde, a refreshing blend of grapes, strawberries, green apple, and lemongrass, capturing the essence of the breeze that dances across the tropical fields; Earth: Nazca Valley, a unique take on the classic Pisco Sour, infused with stone fruit and wild blueberries, evoking the mystery and richness of the earth itself.
Crafted by master mixologist and Head of Bars, Giannis Apostopoulos, these drinks are far from ordinary. “Each cocktail is designed to reflect the raw power of nature’s elements, but in a glass,” says Apostopoulos. “We’ve created something that isn’t just a drink—it’s an experience that matches the energy of Paraíso. Every Wednesday, the rooftop club hosts Paraíso Friends, a night that pulls in top-tier local and international artists to light up the rooftop with fresh sounds and new beats. Curated by Nader Abaky, Group Music Director for Amazónico and Paraíso (and a serious tastemaker in his own right), each week brings a surprise—whether it’s an underground DJ no one’s heard of yet or a well-known name, dropping beats you didn’t know you needed. “Paraíso Friends is all about spotlighting talent and providing a platform for emerging artists,” Nader shares. “We’re here to discover new sounds and give them the recognition they deserve. It’s where the magic happens, and you never know who you’ll find on the decks.” The only constant? It’s never predictable.
