Seafire Steakhouse & Bar, Atlantis The Palm’s award-winning steakhouse restaurant, is enticing meat lovers with the launch of two new culinary events on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Raymond Wong’s set menus have been inspired by Latin flavours and New Orleans classics, with both evenings featuring live bands playing soulful jazz and lively Latin to set the scene and create an authentic ambience.
Fuego Nights
Every Saturday
6:00pm-11:00pm (happy hour 10:00pm-11:00pm)
AED 450 per person for the set-menu
Every Saturday diners can round off the weekend with the Latin-inspired ‘Fuego’ Nights. Priced at AED450 per person, the culinary jaunt through South America begins with the taco trio starter, loaded with chimichurri steak and avocado salsa, panko crispy seabass, and braised lamb topped with mint aioli. For mains, the Churrasco selection features a platter of Brazilian Picanha Steak, Peruvian chicken and short ribs, paired with grilled jalapeno and corn salsa, and topped off with Mexican Sous Chef Diego’s hot sauce. To end the Latino feast, diners can indulge in Chef Raymond’s irresistible twist on the traditional dulche de leche cheesecake. Live music adds some sizzle to the evening with the Latin Trio performing everything from samba to salsa, while Seafire bartenders ensure guests get into the spirit of things as they shake up legendary Latin American cocktails.
