Savour The New 7-Course Tasting Menu At Carnival By Tresind, DIFC

Nestled in the vibrant corporate hub of DIFC, Dubai, Carnival by Trèsind, a Michelin Guide fun-dining Indian restaurant, is taking the culinary scene by storm with its all-new seven-course tasting menu.  The menu not only highlights authentic Indian culinary traditions while remaining budget-friendly but also redefines the expectations of Indian cuisine.

Available for lunch and dinner, Carnival’s Tasting Menu offers a tantalising 7 course culinary journey. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are priced at AED 299++ (AED 365 all-inclusive) and include a delightful array of dishes.

A few highlights of the vegetarian menu are Nitro Cooked Ghewar with Avocado Kachalu, Jackfruit croquette with kachampuli vinegar and coconut chutney, Amritsari Kulcha with Malai Artichoke and Black Dal, and Gajak with Caramelised Peanuts and Chocolate Brownie.

Conversely, the non-vegetarian menu also offers a unique selection of dishes, replacing a few dishes while retaining the rest of the menu. Some of the highlights are the injupuli prawns with ginger pickle and palm sugar caramel and the confit duck with peanut butter mole and fermented green chillies. The result is a diverse and captivating culinary journey that caters to all tastes. It is certainly an experience in itself.
