Connect at 5 is a meticulously curated tasting menu featuring a selection of tantalizing dishes, including grilled Edamame seasoned with kosher salt, and Sake Nikkei, which is a delightful combination of salmon, avocado, chulpe, tobiko, wasabi nori, and ponzu truffle. Vegetarian options include Yasai Maki, made with avocado, cucumber, mango, takuan, and aji passion. For seafood lovers, there is Rollo de Camarones, filled with shrimp, halloumi, avocado, kimchi, togarashi, and truffle cream, and Gyoza de Pollo, with gyoza dough filled with pollo, parmesan cheese, and aji amarillo cream. Additionally, the menu includes Flammkuchen a la Trufa, a mouthwatering creation with flammkuchen dough, fontina, mozzarella, emmental, parmesan, button mushrooms, baby rocca, and truffle cream. For dessert, enjoy the Passion Yuzu Cheese Cake served with sorbet, and Mochi, a delightful treat for the senses.
Available from Monday to Friday between 5 pm and 7 pm, the Connect at 5 set menu is priced at AED 145 per person allowing guests to explore Amelia’s diverse and flamboyant flavours, expertly crafted by their talented culinary team.
