The recent opening of The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle, has also heralded a new ‘must-visit’ dining experience, Santè Ria, a Latino inspired restaurant dedicated to celebrating the stunning array of food that is a huge part of Latino culture.
The new restaurant, which is open now, has been crafted to invoke the vibrancy of Latino life, at the heart of which is stunning food for friends and family to enjoy. The menu has been designed by the Santè Ria team to develop an authentic, modern take on classic Latino dishes, including Trio Quinoa Salad, Tres Leches and Brazilian Sea Bream Moqueca (a sumptuous seafood stew native to the Espírito Santo region of Brazil), along with other colourful and delicious creations.
Mark Patten, VP of Food & Beverage for The First Collection, comments on the ethos of Santè Ria: “We wanted to bring some of the exquisite flavour and soul of Latino food and culture to Dubai in a way that is authentic, yet caters to the modern and diverse audience that consists of visitors to the hotel and the local community.

Santè Ria also has a schedule of events planned for those staying at the hotel or visiting from near or afar, that will champion the vivaciousness of Latino culture. These include daily and weekly offerings, such as, MamaCita Ladies Night every Wednesday with unlimited beverages and a selection of three items from the Para Picar menu, Happy Hour every day from 5-9pm including a buy one get one free offer, Carnivále events and much more.
As October turns spooky, the venue will also be hosting a special Halloween event – Noche De Brujas (Night of Witches) – a truly one of a kind celebration that will be a spectacle for the senses and bewitch those in attendance. The event will include a two-and-a-half-hour beverage package with your choice of Aperol Spritz, Margaritas and more, along with a selection of three offerings from the Para Picar menu. Entertainment will be provided by an original Latino duo with a DJ to finish off the night. Tickets cost AED199 and booking is a must.
