As temperatures continue to soar, Carna, SLS Dubai’s contemporary steakhouse by celebrity butcher Dario Cecchini, is providing locals and tourists alike the perfect indoor retreat with the introduction of a new summer menu. Set against the backdrop of warm interiors and refined Art Deco finishing, with touches of Gilded Age glamour, guests can embark on a three-course culinary journey for just AED 250 per person.
Diners can delight in appetisers like the Signature Dario’s Steak Tartare, dressed in lemon, garlic, paprika, and virgin oil, accompanied by grilled toast, the Insalata Alla Griglia which offers a grilled baby gem lettuce salad with parmesan, crispy shallot, and truffle honey dressing, or the Tenerumi In Insalata which features braised ox cheeks served with crunchy vegetables, mint, lemon, and beef broth.
For the main affair, guests can relish the Bistecca Di Culo, a Wagyu beef picanha spiced up with chimichurri and chunky chips. To conclude the meal, those with a sweet tooth can seal the deal with the Consistenza Del Latte, a panna cotta with milk ice cream, dulce de leche and a crispy milk tuille.
