Indigo, the stunning rooftop restaurant at luxury boutique hotel, The Merchant House, Bahrain, part of upscale Campbell Gray Hotels, will offer a delectable Iftar menu to guests during this Holy Month.
Taking them on a culinary journey influenced by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes, diners will be introduced to a whole new world of tastes and aromas. Inspired by Executive Chef Robert Shipman’s own travels across the globe, this diverse set menu aims to delight and surprise guests at every step of this experience.
“Guests will be treated to fresh and delicious handmade sweet and savoury pastries, as well as hot, bespoke dishes straight from our kitchen. We guarantee that every palate will be met with our extensive range of flavours,” says Chef Robert.
Bringing a wealth of experience, Chef Robert worked under the skilled tutelage of the celebrated Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and in the southern European culinary scene. Being no stranger to fusing a variety of styles and tastes, Chef Robert’s dishes are as inventive as they are delightful.
Offering two types of Iftar’s and serving sumptuous dishes, the rooftop restaurant Indigo offers seating indoors and outdoors on its beautifully landscaped garden terrace, alongside the sparkling pool.
