Every Saturday Roberto’s will be serving up a plethora of delectable delights at the Bacchus Brunch. The ambience will be refined and elegant with a luxurious Roman edge, in a nod to Bacchus- the ancient Roman God of wine.
First up is the sharing antipasti, that consists of delicious dishes including ricotta served with sundried tomato, olives and basil served on a crispy flat bread, fig & bresaola and pizza with scamorza cheese & zucchini.
Next guests will be treated to their first course- moreish homemade gnocchi with pecorino and black peppercorn. The second course offers four flavoursome meat and fish options, including grilled seabass and stuffed artichoke and grilled ribeye with roasted cauliflower. The meal will end of a perfectly sweet note with a selection of fresh fruit and gelato.
