RARE Reopens For The New Season

Arguably the perfect meal for cooler temperatures is a hearty sizzling steak, served with delicious sides and paired with refreshing beverages. With the festive season also inching close, Meliã Desert Palm Dubai’s signature restaurant, RARE has reopened its doors for guests with new menu additions.

The resort’s Executive Chef, Gaston Silva Herrera, has introduced authentic Argentinian delicacies such as homemade Empanadas or freshly melted Provoleta cheese with crunchy homemade garlic bread. While meat connoisseurs can relish hand-cut and perfectly aged steaks, straight off the Asado oak-grill. Vegetarians/vegans can opt for alternate grills suitable to their preferences.

Chef will also dish out a selection of indulgent South American desserts for those with a sweet tooth. The steakhouse will also host specials every week to welcome diners.

Every Sunday, gentlemen can unwind with Gents Night where they can savour any two dishes from the à la carte menu with two house beverages. Priced at AED 220 per person, and the offer will be available from 7pm to 10pm.

Meliã Desert Palm Dubai has also launched a new Polo BBQ Brunch at RARE where guests can relax over drinks and BBQ favourites on the Portico terrace, while enjoying live Polo matches.

The late brunch runs from 4pm to 8pm every Friday and guests can choose from three different packages to suit their mood. For those that want to watch the Polo with drinks only, the package includes unlimited grape, hops and Prosecco. It is priced at AED 125 per person and is available from 4pm to 6pm.

While the full brunch experience is priced at AED 280 per person and includes Polo drinks from 4pm to 6pm. RARE’s BBQ specialities will be served from 6pm to 8pm, along with free-flowing beverages. Alternatively, guests that wish to join for the BBQ only can choose the non-alcoholic package, available from 6pm to 8pm for AED 180 per person.
