Californian and Afghani cuisine comes together at Nolu’s – which has been established in Abu Dhabi since 2011 – as it is brings its unique casual dining café concept to Dubai for the first time. Owner Marjon Andesha has introduced the city to her Californian and Afghani flavours with three venues in Dubai South, Al Quoz and Mirdif,. From crunchy, fresh salads and healthful bowls to traditional kabobs and time-honoured Afghani dishes there is set to be something for everyone to try. We cannot wait to taste the qabli pallow, aromatic rice with braised lamb shank and a garnish of raisins, carrots and almonds, and with three venues to pick from, there’s no excuse not to try something new.
