Salute! El Sur Toasts To Al Fresco Dining With Two New Mouth-Watering Promotions

El Sur, Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi’s contemporary Spanish restaurant unveils two new promotions celebrating quality meat, fine Spanish wine and the traditional Spanish sharing experience. Celebrate al fresco dining and discover the rich flavours of Spain highlighted by some of the best wines at these upcoming El Sur events.

Roast & Toast

A Mediterranean fiesta awaits as El Sur presents Roast & Toast, an array of the finest tapas from the Chef’s table, a selection of the tastiest meat, roasted to perfection by El Sur’s expert chefs and a selection of fine Spanish wine. Mark your diaries for this monthly event, which will kick off on the 15th of October and will return on the 12th of November and the 10th of December. This high-class dining experience is priced at AED350 per person and will run from 7.30PM to 10PM.

Murgaca Lamb Week

Murgaca Lamb Week will kick off the festivities from 7 to 13 October from 6PM to 10.30PM. For just AED 145, guest can relax on El Sur’s stylish, palm fringed terrace whilst indulging in a set menu of quality lamb tapas from renowned lamb exporters, Murgaca. Small plates include lamb skewers with assorted cherry tomatoes, slow cooked lamb shoulder, canarian salmorejo, piquillos and potato soufflé and lamb cutlets with cherry sauce, zucchini terrine and brie cheese, all accompanied by two glasses of Torres Altos Ibericos Tempranillo.
