Ramadan Festivities At Palazzo Versace Dubai

Palazzo Versace Dubai welcomes the holy month of Ramadan with a culinary journey of Italian, Persian and international cuisines inspired by Ramadan’s true spirit of giving and sharing. Curated by Executive Chef Mansour Memarian, a gastronomic experience with a range of contemporary, yet traditional specialties will be offered throughout the month of Ramadan at Enigma and Giardino.

Enigma
Enigma, the Persian restaurant at Palazzo Versace Dubai is celebrating Ramadan with a family style set menu. Break your fast with the welcome display Sabzi Khordan; which includes a mesmerizing variety of fresh herbs with walnuts and dates, delicious homemade Persian cheese, roasted Persian bread and more. Guests will then be able to choose from cold and warm starters followed by a soup, one main course and dessert. The set menu is priced at AED 230 per person. Private bookings available.

Giardino
The jungle themed international restaurant, Giardino will offer a buffet with an array of luxurious enhanced Middle Eastern dishes. Families and friends will be able to feast on international cuisines, while in a relaxed and comfortable fashion-inspired venue. The Iftar is priced at AED 230 per person.

Vanitas
For those that aren’t fasting, Vanitas will be open during regular hours for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The charming and elegant interiors of the signatue Italian restaurant, set against the Dubai Creek, acts as the perfect backdrop for your business lunch meeting or cozy and intimate dinner experience. With an emphasis on classic Italian food, Vanitas is a restaurant with finesse, offering a range of expertly curated dishes, making it the perfect spot during Ramadan.

Lunch: 12:00pm to 15:00pm
Afternoon tea: 15:00pm to 18:00pm
Dinner: 19:00pm to 11:00pm

Banquet

With 4 different Iftar packages to choose from, Palazzo Versace Dubai offers their Gala Ballroom for the ultimate celebration. The set menus include bakery baskets, with a delightful variation of breads. The feast will then continue with a range of Arabic cold mezzeh, salads and starters, hot mezzeh, soup and exquisite main courses followed by mouthwatering deserts. The lavishly decorated ballroom will be available for 80 or more and corporate bookings.
Prices range from 195 AED – 290 AED.

Executive Chef and Culinary Director Mansour Memarian, is the mastermind behind the the beautifully curated and delicious menus across the outlets. Memarian has 21 years industry experience. He has had stints at some of the world’s best restaurants, and he has held executive positions at many luxury brands. He earned his first Michelin star in 2006, at Jagdhof Glashütte in Germany, in just eight months as Head Chef. After this successful story, Memarian moved to Innsbruck, Austria, to open Pavillon restaurant and shortly he added the second Michelin star to his culinary career.
