Esteemed chefs from ten renowned dining outlets across the Mina Seyahi Complex are busy crafting signature menus in preparation for the upcoming Mina Seyahi Restaurant & Grape Week.
The Mina Seyahi Restaurant & Grape Week will run from 30th September to 6th October, and will feature signature three-course set menus and wine deals starting from AED 35 per glass and AED 150 per bottle at some of the city’s most beloved restaurants across the five-star Le Meridien and Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi complexes.
Set to gift diners with culinary presents for every palate, for just AED 210 guests can choose to immerse themselves in plethora of dining experiences. Head to Dubai’s most instagrammable beach-front dining destination, Fish Beach for famous Aegean cuisine such as the finely chopped seabass and seabream casserole or the deep-fried baby calamari, paired with a Rosé selection. Alternatively, embark on a Spanish gastronomical journey at El Sur with classic pairings including garlic and chilli prawns or free-range chicken cannelloni served with a crisp Spanish white.
Italian hotspot, Bussola is set whisk guests to the heart of Tuscany with the finest selection of Italian grapes served alongside Bussola’s signature cheese platter, whilst mains include the beef fillet mignon and lemon risotto with asparagus and burrata cheese. Hunters Room & Grill will be serving up house favourites, including the chicken liver parfait and the root vegetable terrine, complete with Californian White and Red. Alternatively, diners can head to Asia de Cuba to sample its unique Chino Latino menu. Options include the foie grass and tuna nigiri, the rocoto-miso glazed Chilean sea bass and the dulce de leche chocolate meringue, matched with the finest selection of Latin American wines.
Alternatively, for just AED 150 per person, Gourmet by Kcal will be offering up a gourmet organic wine selection alongside a tasty and health focused menu, and Thai favourite Spice Emporium will liven the taste buds for an excellent pairing experience. Barasti Beach Bar and Oeno will also be participating in the week-long pairing deals.
