COYA Dubai, the sophisticated and immersive Peruvian lifestyle experience, has refreshed its popular set lunch menu just in time for the summer season.
Providing the perfect way for colleagues, friends and family members to elevate their power hour lunch and take a break from their daily routine, the reimagined experience features a specially curated menu of COYA’s most delicious Peruvian specialties.
Offering two sumptuous courses for just AED 130 per person, guests are taken on a journey through COYA’s most iconic à la carte specialties, and the vibrant culinary culture of Peru.
Boasting mesmerising skyline views of Downtown Dubai, and a distinguished ambiance enhanced with unique Peruvian antiques and lush greenery, the set lunch is ideal for all kinds of occasions, whether it is a business meeting or a catch up with friends.
Each diner may indulge in two delicate appetisers, spanning a choice of avocado and shiitake mushroom maki rolls, sea bream ceviche, Chilean sea bass croquettes, chicken or mushroom anticuchos, cucumber and green apple salad, and padron peppers. Meanwhile, those who are feeling extra hungry can add on a tempting portion of bite-sized beef gyozas, or prawn and Chilean sea bass gyozas, for an extra cost.
Following these elegant palate pleasers, guests are then asked to select one sumptuous main. Specially chosen to complement the summer season, the menu stars light and healthy new additions such as char-grilled sea bream fillet in banana leaf with quinoa, and pearl barley and pumpkin iron pot. Diners will also find all their favourite COYA signature specials just waiting to be enjoyed, spanning everything from corn-fed baby chicken to salmon fillet with stir-fry quinoa, soy and green vegetables, succulent beef ribs, and many more delectable options. If guests wish to further enhance their lunch they can savour the famous Arroz Nikkei Chilean sea bass iron pot, spicy beef fillet or the King prawns for an additional AED30.
Each course can be further enhanced with a choice of special set lunch beverages, including creative South American cocktails such as Refresco de Fresa, the Inca Gimlet as well as other classics such as espresso martini and negroni.
The COYA Dubai set lunch menu is available Monday to Thursday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, for AED 130 per person for two appetisers and one main. Prices for cocktails and beers start from AED 40 with mocktails from AED30
