Dubai-born brand Pinsanity® opened a new location in Jumeirah Ion August the 30th.

This home-grown concept by Founder Alessandro D’Ubaldo promises you all of the great flavors, fresh toppings and happy smiles of a regular pizza, but with less calories and more crunch.

This is because the ‘Pinsa’ (which originated in Rome centuries ago) is made with a very high-water content, less salt, and a unique mix of grains, giving this Roman sourdough a whole different feel.

The location is designed for home delivery and take away orders however a few casual stools can accommodate for a quick outdoor bite too.
