Newly opened Phoenix Social Club has launched Experimental Tuesdays every week between 7-10pm where they will be taking diners on a culinary journey through a degustation menu of both food and drinks. Experimental dishes are part of the degustation and may be included on their menu in the future at the end of the research and development process of the dish. Alongside the experimental dishes they will be sharing expressions of existing delicious dishes, with a degustation menu changing regularly.
Priced at AED350 for the full degustation menu and drink pairings and AED290 for non-alcoholic pairing, guests will begin their evening with a selection of amuse bouches paired with a creation from the bar before flowing into the first act which will be an array of four small plates accompanied by various wines and creative cocktails that work with each dish.
The second act will bring two large plates, one from the existing menu and one experimental, and again will come with some perfect sips to enhance the dish, before ending with a sensational dessert. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available on request and promise to be just as exciting and delicious as the regular menu items.
Drinks throughout the dinner will be free flowing and there will be a jazz quartet to bring entertainment as lively as the food and drink.
After 10pm the vibe will crank up a notch with a DJ playing until 3am and lucky ladies will receive four free drinks and treat the gentleman to a tipple too to welcome them in.
