This May, OPSO Dubai elevates guests’ midday experience with the launch of a brand new Executive Set Menu Lunch and new additions to their à la carte offerings. Inviting guests to dive into a world of reimagined Italian and Japanese dishes bursting with vibrant flavours and exquisite ingredients, set against the restaurant’s stunning back-drop of the Dubai Mall fountains and the iconic Burj Khalifa.
New Menu Items
This month, Chef Sergio Porras and his talented kitchen team are delighted to introduce a tempting choice of new ceviches, baos, and homemade pastas.
Featuring sophisticated and beautifully presented specialties that are sure to enthrall even the most discerning of diners, every new recipe has been crafted with premium ingredients, exceptional skill, and culinary passion.
Ideal for those who like their meals with a fiery kick, the Grilled Chicken Potato Tacos with spicy chilli garlic chicken, creamy Japanese mayo, and smooth guacamole are sure to hit the spot, while the Slow-cooked Duck Potato Tacos with Hoisin sauce, fresh cucumber, pickles and peanuts elegantly showcases the finest spices and cooking techniques in Asian cuisine.
Enhancing the menu further with vibrant Peruvian flavors are two new ceviches. The Salmon Ceviche is a harmony of succulent salmon cured in a citrusy Asian tiger milk, with creamy avocado and pops of crunchy cancha corn. Whereas the Tuna Ceviche puts a refreshing twist on the classic dish with its yuzu miso tiger milk, juicy tomatoes, topped off by avocados.
Alongside the tempting nibbles, the new Mushroom Tagliatelle provides the ultimate Italian comfort food. Featuring homemade tagliatelle pasta mixed with wild mushroom, basil pesto, and thick sour cream, it’s a light, yet hearty dish that’s brimming with authentic Italian flair.
All of the above can be sampled alongside the rest of OPSO Dubai’s superb Japanese and Italian dishes, and a vast variety of specialty shisha flavours that start from just AED 150.

OPSO Dubai is delighted to unveil its new Executive Lunch experience.
An extraordinary dining experience that transforms every lunch break into a refined and elevated journey, every moment of the carefully curated new set menu is filled with incredible tastes, sensational ingredients, and memorable moments.
Offering a choice of two or three courses, all served with the intimate ambiance and beautiful decor of the stunning dining room, the new menu provides an exciting way of sampling some of OPSO Dubai’s finest specialties.
Offering an enticing mix of meat, fish, and vegetarian options, the Executive Lunch begins with a choice of light and delectable starters. Diners are invited to choose between Japanese light bites such as Crispy Seafood Gyoza, Fresh Mizuna Salad, and Grilled Avocado with a delicate dusting of tempura nori, or Italian favourites like Creamy Burrata, and delectable Arancini Truffle.
The main course then takes diners deeper into the worlds of Japanese and Italian cuisine. Those with a preference for Asian cuisine will adore the aromatic and heartwarming flavours of the Short-Rib Claypot, while those in the mood for some timeless Italian classics will relish every bite of the homemade Beef Lasagna with fresh tomato sauce, the decadent Gnocchi with rich gorgonzola cheese, and the Rigatoni Aurora, coated in a delicious pink sauce and scattered with green peas.
Each main can be further enhanced with a choice of decadent sides, including truffle fries, fluffy steamed rice, colourful green vegetables, and further accompaniments.
Finally, the unforgettable experience ends on a sweet note with a choice of luxurious desserts. While the fruity notes of the tropical Mango And Coconut are sure to transport every guest to their own private island for a while, the classic Italian Panna Cotta and Semifreddo provide the perfect sweet pick me up.
Available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 4pm, the Executive Lunch is priced AED 130 for two courses, and AED 150 for three courses.
