Oompa Loompa and Schoko Fabrik will make inroads into Dubai in January. While Oompa Loompa will offer a full dining experience, Schoko Fabrik will have a compact yet delightful café menu.
With Russian Schoko Group behind the concepts, Oompa Loompa and Schoko Fabrik will serve a mix of international cuisine but diners will be able to see some native dishes on the menu. Both outlets will combine indoor and outdoor seating with a soft play area and will include a Willy Wonka themed chocolate masterclass.
Oompa Loompa, nestled in the heart of JBR, promises to take guests on a magical journey of exploration and adventure. Beautiful hand-drawn artworks will fill the walls imitating the journey Alice took when she fell down the rabbit hole and a full-sized tree sits in the middle of the restaurant. Little guests can relax in the movie area where all their favourite films will be shown whilst they colour and create. Alternatively, the soft play area is also great for kids.
Schoko Fabrik, located beneath the Bluewater Islands’ wheel will have a smaller menu but a larger soft play area, spread across three floors. Its interiors will imitate a workshop, a full-sized motorcycle will greet guests on entry and quirky trinkets will be hiding throughout the restaurant. This creative café is the perfect place for parents and kids to enjoy together.
