RAW Coffee Company’s team have developed an interactive Virtual Barista Assistance for people to enjoy a barista-worthy cup of coffee in the comfort of their homes. This first of its kind service will be available from 22nd June onwards on RAW’s website.
RAW Coffee Company is the first Specialty Coffee roastery in the Middle East and this month celebrated its 13th anniversary. Owners Kim Thompson and Matt Toogood believe in the importance of knowledge and are internationally recognized as the trail blazers of specialty coffee for the MENA region. Both hold their coffee diplomas through the Specialty Coffee Association and all their RAW trainers are highly experienced and certified as AST’s.
With the help of their experience and course content, the company has customized this service to offer a professional personalized coffee experience to every individual in the UAE. From milk science and latte art, perfecting brewing methods, understanding the importance of the grind size and brewing extractions, to troubleshooting the espresso machine, the Virtual Barista Service has a solution for all.
The service is designed to give all the tips and tricks to making home-made coffee taste as good as it does in the café. RAW is offering 30 minute and 1-hour time slots and have a questionnaire set up to capture needs and goals of all users. They then send out coffee to your home and schedule a mutually beneficial time for the session, ensuring the sensory experience is also provided.
