Dubai’s favourite contemporary Japanese venue is easing into September with a new cocktail being added to their already decorated menu, exclusively for Negroni week. From the 16th to the 22nd of September, guests are invited to try the all-new Special Negroni made with Roku, infused with Shiso leaves and redistilled with rotavapor, before finally being served in a syphon.
The invention of the Negroni dates back to 1919, in the quaint city of Florence, Italy, and has served as a favourite drink to many over the decades. The mixology maestros over at OKKU have worked to revolutionise the drink, giving it a Japanese twist that pairs perfectly with the rest of the award-winning menu.
