Nobu Dubai, the jewel of Atlantis, The Palm’s crown, is welcoming guests to experience its brand-new lunch offering which takes place weekly on Fridays and Sundays. Visitors and residents alike can now enjoy an array of world-famous Nobu classics from a perfectly curated lunch menu.
Taking place every Friday and Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, guests can enjoy the special Nobu express lunch for AED155 per person. As part of the tasting menu, diners can select one option from the starters, sushi selection, main course; and for AED35 can end lunch with dessert. The lunch experience is elevated by the cool sounds of the Resident DJ who keeps the ambiance buzzing.
To begin their experience guests can choose one of six Nobu starters including the crispy squid coriander shiso aioli, salmon new style, spinach dry miso, crispy shiitake salad, white fish dry miso as well as the avocado crispy rice. Before moving on to mains, diners will be presented with a chef’s selection of sushi maki which is served with an authentic Japanese miso soup.
For the main event, there are seven dishes to choose from, such as the baby umami chicken, grilled salmon anticucho, eggplant miso, cauliflower jalapeno as well as the duck breast orange miso. For an additional AED75 guests can select the rib eye tozasu butter, or the black cod miso for AED50. Ending the lunch on a sweet note, diners can enjoy one of the following desserts for an additional AED35, Nobu cheesecake, seasonal exotic fruit, mochi ice cream or a selection of ice cream and sorbet.
After 14 years of residence in The Avenues at Atlantis, The Palm, Nobu Matsuhisa’s globally renowned Nobu celebrated its 15th year in Dubai by moving in to its iconic-new location within the crown of the destination resort. Taking the space formally home to The Royal Bridge Suite, the 22nd floor has been completely transformed to house the brand-new Nobu, complete with a sophisticated bar, a private Nobu Privé lounge, and an expansive terrace offering incredible views over the Palm Island and Arabian Gulf.
Lunch by Nobu takes place every Saturday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm for AED 155 per person. Should guests wish to build on to their experience, they can request and select items from the a la carte menu. Children of all ages are welcome for Nobu Lunch.
