While dining in the balmy weather, guests can enjoy the starlit sky while choosing from a wide range of main courses including Australian Angus steak, Scottish salmon, roasted giant Gulf prawns, vegan burgers and several delicious pasta options including Fettucine Bolognese and Penne Arrabiata. To finish off in style, dessert options include signature tarts, cheesecakes and fresh gelato from Phoenicia Café’s own gelato cart. Meanwhile, inside the atmospheric Phoenicia restaurant itself, a new taster menu has launched called ‘Taste of Phoenicia’. For just AED 199 per couple, guests can choose from the full a la carte menu to enjoy a starter to share, two main courses and a bottle of house wine. The Taste of Phoenicia offer is available from Saturdays to Wednesdays from 6pm-11pm.

The bar area of Phoenicia is now brought to life with regular DJ’s and world class mixologist Leslie Kuzmenko whose award-winning creations have secured her reputation as one of Dubai’s best mixologists. Refreshing floral cocktail Oh My L! is a blend of lemon oleo, orange blossom, lychee and sparkling wine. Tin Tin, meaning Fig, is a digestif of brandy, sweet wine, sherry and Arabian citrus and fig. An enduring guest favourite is a crisp and fruity Hibiscus Spritz; an addictive mix of tequila, hibiscus tea, ginger and Arabian honey, while the Domingo cocktail is an award-winning bespoke creation with a rum base, pomegranate molasses, dry apple cider, vanilla and sweet vermouth.
