Award-winning executive chef Ricardo Bojador is the brains behind KATA’s mouthwatering dishes, all of which are prepared in the kitchen daily. The cuisine fuses traditional Japanese precision and attention to detail with contemporary flavours and delightful twists. This creativity elevates the everyday dining experience in The Dubai Mall to ensure guests receive exceptional food and service at any time of day or night. Guests can indulge in a menu packed with instant classics such as the signature KATA Maki Roll with striploin beef, caviar and foie gras and the Black Sesame Creme Brûlée dessert. KATA is also home to some of the finest mocktails in Dubai. The resident mixologist and his team have put together a lineup of beverages that complement the dishes perfectly, such as the refreshing KATA Spritz that contains Italian bitters, sparkling grape and soda.
