The chefs at TBK have been busy in the kitchen, revamping the menu to add new and creative dishes to the lineup of existing soulful options on the menu. From succulent fish tacos to healthy beetroot quinoa there is something to please everyone at TBK.

Ahead of the new year,TBK wanted to give the menu a revamp and have added a number of new dishes to the lineup of delicious offerings already available on the menu. The new dishes include;
- FishTacos; Loaded with fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned plump fish, the fish tacos come in a soft-shell taco with spicy aioli sauce. The fish has been battered and deep fried to keep all the moist flavours of the fish in whilst still giving the perfect crunch on the outside. The tacos are flavorful yet satisfying meaning guests will feel good and light at the end of the meal.
- Beetroot Quinoa; Reset with this healthy salad recipe, featuring superfoods such as quinoa, spinach, pomegranate and feta. The leafy greens go well with the nutty and sweet mix of flavours, all of which complement the fluffy quinoa. The salad is as appetizing and nutritious as its bold colors would suggest!
- Linguini Pesto; A recipe to satisfy kids and adults alike! Spaghetti in pesto sauce is a classic Italian dish that boasts the rich flavours that pesto sauce has to offer. The pasta is served al dente in true Italian style, and is tossed with a tasty blend of herbs, nuts, pine seeds and garlic along with the pesto sauce. The dish isgarnished with basil and parmesan cheese, making a fantastic combination to be adored by all the family.
