Netsu at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai introduces the WagyuExtra menu, available daily from 6:30pm to 8pm.
The all-new four-course menu designed by Chef Ross Shonhan comprises of distinct dishes using the finest ingredients and featuring premium Wagyu creations paired with fine grapes and a selection of sake.
This culinary experience starts with the sublime flavours of Wagyu Gunkan with Oscietra caviar sushi, nigiri sushi with summer black truffle, Wagyu gyoza and ends with the amazing steak sando and Warayaki-style Wagyu steaks sizzled to perfection. Complementing the experience is the introduction of Japanese shaved ice Mango Kakigori for dessert.
Prices are set at AED 300 with soft drinks, AED 400 with sake pairing and AED 450 with grape pairing.
