The Chef’s recommendations are the Fillet Mignon, a 200g chargrilled wagyu tenderloin fillet topped with hazel nuts, sundried tomato and served with mashed potato and truffled wild rocket; the Black Tiger Prawn Gnocchi, which is homemade gnocchi served with black tiger prawns and French-inspired bisque sauce; and the Spicy Arabiata Linguini made of eggplant confit, chives, spicy Arabiata sauce and garnished with grated parmesan.
Other international flavors include Shrimp Tempura, Yakitori Platter, Prawns Tapenade, and more for Starters, Salads, Pizza, Pasta & Risotto, Burgers, Sandwiches, Sushi, and Mains. There’s always a selection of delightful desserts to end the meal.
Guests can order their favorite cocktail, a glass of wine, or non-alcoholic drinks from the beverage list. At the same time,the expert mixologists can create hand-crafted cocktails and other house specialties.
