UAE residents are finally inching close to cooler climes, a much-awaited respite from the summer months. Meliã Desert Palm Dubai will welcome the new outdoor season with the launch of their Friday Brunch on 20th September 2019.
The extensive brunch fare will be served at the hotel’s signature restaurant, RARE. Diners can begin the feast at the seafood station that will dish up oysters, scallops, prawn ceviche, smoked salmon and other delicacies. Foodies can also enjoy a selection of homemade, international cheeses and cold cuts, all paired beautifully with grape in the restaurant’s special cheese room.
There will be many live cooking stations to satiate guests’ taste buds including grilled specialties from the Asado grill with exclusive Argentinian beef cuts where guests can tuck into a family-style lunch. Guests can choose from tenderloin, rib eye, lamb chops etc. alongside delicious sides of sweet potatoes fries, charcoal onions and pumpkin or mashed potatoes.
Brunch goers can also stop by the egg and pasta stations to savour hearty mains. Crispy fresh salads, hot soups, fresh juices and parfaits are available for those that prefer a light meal. A keto special salad is a staple on the menu, while those with a sweet tooth can indulge in flavoursome cakes such as red velvet, chocolate caramel tarts, cake pops and macaroons. Keto-friendly desserts will also be available.
Little ones can dig into chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, curly fries, hamburgers, hot dogs and ice cream, along with treats from the chocolate fountain.
RARE offers both indoor and al fresco dining options with views of the championship polo field.
