This Ramadan, MASTI will welcome the Holy Month with an eclectic and flavourful iftar menu boasting exceptional dishes. Friends and families alike are invited to break their fast with delectable Indian-inspired global cuisine in a contemporary and inviting setting or at home.
The dine-in menu, a delicious combination of both sharing-style plates and à la carte, has been carefully curated by Executive Chef Prashant Chipkar, offering a novel way to break fast. Lush green interiors, elegant décor and idyllic beach-side views will set the scene for a memorable and truly special iftar experience.
As the sun sets over La Mer, diners at MASTI can break their fast with a traditional selection of lentil soup, dates and fruits and water served to the table. This will immediately be followed by cold plates of Citrus and Mesclun Salad and Cassava Chaat, to prime the palate and provide a light and refreshing start to the evening.
Guests will then be served an alluring iftar platter to share, featuring an eclectic selection of flavourful dishes including Pumpkin Khakra, Smokey ChipotlePaneer Tikka, Beef Empanadasand Harissa Chicken. Main courses will follow, where guests can choose their preferred dish from a diverse selection including MASTI-style Biryani, Smokey Dill Butter Chicken, Prawns Moileeor Corn Haleem.
Exclusive for this iftar menu, desserts will include Raspberry Rose Delight and KarakSemifreddo-Malai Toast, providing a perfectly sweet finish to the experience. These will be served in sharing-style in an eye-catching fashion, true to the MASTI style.
The iftar set sharing four-course menu is available for AED 150 per person with unlimited non- alcoholic drinks included,served on the ground-floor from sunset until 8pm daily throughout the Holy Month.
For those breaking their fast at home, MASTI has also created an iftar menu for one and also for two, available on delivery platform, Deliveroo. Diners can choose from one starter, one main and one side as part of the bundle and can opt for ‘iftar for 1’ or ‘iftar for two’ priced at 195 AED or 340 AED respectively. The menu is a slight variation on the dine-in menu, featuring starters include a pulled chicken tandoori bao, slow-cooked lamb croquettes, and smokey chipotle paneer. Mains include Stracciatella Dill Butter Chicken, Prawns Moilee and Not Your Average Chicken Tikka. Sides include smashed Chaat potatoes, rice or flatbreads.
