Specially put together by award-winning Chef Michael White, this sought-after pasta is a house made squid ink spaghetti served in a Ligurian Crustacean Ragu, which is a tomato-based sauce with cuttlefish, shrimp and scallops, finished with a touch of butter. Topped with toasted breadcrumbs, this dish is one of the most flavorful pastas to come from Chef White.
