Award-winning Italian restaurant Luigia, located at the Rixos Premium in JBR, invites guests to celebrate the remaining days of the season and enjoy 11 new dishes added to the old favorites.

A refreshed a la carte menu awaits guests looking to experience the best of Italy in Dubai. The selection is filled with traditional favorites and decadent dishes to satisfy all ages, from appetizers, salads, pasta, main course, and freshly baked classic and gourmet pizzas.

New flavors added include Tubetto al Frutti di Mare, a classic Neapolitan pasta bursting with mussels, squid, Sicilian red prawns, chickpeas sauce; Pifferi is fried pizza dough fritters; Assortimento di Fritture ItalianiandZeppolini and Tiramisu Pistacchio for dessert.

Other favorites areMelanzane alla Parmigiana (fried eggplants with fior di latteand Grana Padano); the traditional Vitello Tonnato from the Piedmont region or the Napoletana.

For the pizza, choose Italicawith tomato sauce, oregano, datterini tomatoes, and raw buffalo mozzarella,or Langarola with fresh baby spinach, beef carpaccio, Puglia’s burrata, shaved Grana Padano, and honey citronnette.

To complete the delightful dinner, choose the Nutelline (pizza dough fritters with Nutella and hazelnuts), or the Baba Spaziale (with Nutella and homemade whipped cream) for dessert.
