W Dubai – The Palm’s signature Italian restaurant, Torno Subito, is re-opening its doors on the 28th September 2020. Once again, foodies from across the city can discover culinary mastermind, Chef Massimo Bottura’s first restaurant outside of Italy, where the vibe is sophisticated yet laidback.
Chef De Cuisine and the handpickedprotégé of Massimo Bottura, Chef Bernardo Paladini is back in the kitchen after spending three months in Italy honing his skills alongside Massimo.
Guests can indulge in an incredible selection of traditional Italian dishes such as Torno Subito’s famous Modern salad – a combination of 14 ingredients sourced from Dubai – Modena. Tagliatelle Al Ragu, tagliatelle with Massimo’s favorite hand chopped wagyu ragu., Polpo-roasted octopus, smoked potato cream, veal juice, hazelnuts and puffed vegetables, andTiramisubito an extra light Tiramisu with Mascarpone, espresso coffee, chocolate crumble and cocoa powder. Handmade pasta is key to this menu, along with specialty pizzas and quality sourced ingredients of which 80% are sourced from Italy.
Diners can enjoy dinner on weekdays and lunch or dinner on weekends, and can choose between dining indoors in a retro 1960s vibe, or take advantage of the incredible weather and stunning outdoor terrace, in a colouful beach cabana, set against the stunning Riviera.
