Moombai & Co. has recently roped in New York based chef Hari Nayak as a culinary consultant to further refine the dining experience, with the launch of a carefully curated and crafted menu.
Keeping the simplicity of Indian cuisine intrinsically intact, the new menu has been designed to wholly celebrate the cosmopolitan and modern day spirit of Mumbai.
As per chef Hari Nayak, the essence of the ‘New Menu’ pays homage to the melting pot of cultures and cuisines of Mumbai, offering nostalgic favourites from all the different regions of India, in a modern avatar. A new selection of eclectic cocktails have also been crafted to further enhance the dining experience.
