Lebanon’s Iconic Restaurant BARBAR Makes Its Long-Awaited Dubai Debut

The much-loved Lebanese dining institutionBarbarhas arrived in Dubai, bringing its authentic taste of Beirut to Hessa Street. In partnership with Kitch, the region’s first hybrid F&B operator, this famed Lebanese street food stalwart is set to make its mark on the Dubai food scene.

The Ghaziri family business was built with love from the ground up, starting withjust a small corner ‘Manouche’ bakery in the heart of Beirut during the late 70’s. Today, the iconic Lebanese brand has opened its latest outpost in Dubai- a 600 square meter restaurant located on HessaStreet, offering both dine-in, takeaway and soon,delivery. The simple yet delicious menu, filled with Lebanese flavor and authenticity will be recognized by Barbar fans and introduce much loved favorites such as shawarma, falafel, grills, and the iconic Francisco sandwich to the Dubai food scene.

For more than 40 years, Barbar’s doors remained open even during Lebanon’s toughest times and this commitment will continue in Dubai. It’s heart-warming reputation for serving its city’s residents any time and any day is one of the reasons it is so cherished, not to mention its affordable delicious meals. Serving thousands of customers daily on the streets of Beirut, it has truly become a landmark as an inclusive food haven catering to all.
